Back with another collab, The Roots drummer ?uestlove (Questlove)will be on the 1 & 2 tonight at 21 Mercer for the official release party of these pairs! Available in all red, black, or yellow, ?uestlove calls the Dunk "The Tuxedo of sneakers", which is rightly so because of its sleek & clean silhouette being available in all colors and materials to match perfectly with just about anything in your closet! The party kicks off at 7pm and ends at 9pm. You will be able to purchase a pair while enjoying the sounds of ?uestlove and networking with other sneaker lovers!

Nike AF1 Year of the Rabbit 2011

Ooh baby! These are special!!! Available this Saturday at spots like 21 Mercer, the "Year of the Rabbit" AF1 is a definite addition to your cOOllection!!! The upper consists of a premium white leather while the toebox  and side panels adorn a light bone grey suede. The swooshes are both crimson & royal blue raised chenille as well as the tongue tab with chinese script which i would believe says "rabbit". Nike finishes off this pair with waxed canvas royal blue laces and  a clear midsole with a touch of crimson for the "AIR" and line strike. BEAUTIFUL! It costs to be a boss so be ready when they say $283 plus tax totalling over $300 which is well worth wearing them once and taking a pic for the memory, then selling on Ebay! haha!

NIKE Lava Dunk "AFE"

Available now at retailers including 21 Mercer, the Lava Dunk comes in 2 colorways of all black/white midsole, and all beige/white midsole. The upper resembles the infamous "Dunk" but with hiker attitude with its foundation from the classic Lava Dome. The inlays are contructed of rip stop nylon, and the laces go through sturdy metal lace loops. The tongue tab displays "A/F/E" for Athletics Far East (refering to Japan's Nike Design).
It's cold outside and Christmas is here! I'd look for these under the tree!

Helena Wong Loopwheeler Bespoke!

These are NICE!!! Hopefully she made them just in time for Christmas because that it what these scream!! Loopwheeler produces high quality fleece used for overalls, shoes, hoodies, and now BESPOKES! I love how Helena kept it simple with an all red upper down to the stitching, and to make it pop, clean white eyelets, laces, and midsole! She did her thing on these! No info on Helena herself but I will try to find this FSFer!

DJ Premier & DJ AM sneaker release @ 21 Mercer!

DJ AM DUNK HI DJ PREMIER AF1 LEGENDARY KICKS!! PREMO ON THE 1 & 2! AF1 KING "MAYOR"

I found out about the event a bit late but was still able to make it down there and enjoy DJ PREMIER spinning ol skool classics & breakbeats! This collaboration with Nike reps for both coasts with the DJ AM Dunk Hi & the DJ Premier AF1. DJ AM's are adorned with similar perforations like a Technics 1200 turntable, red/black/silver, while DJ PREMIER's are black/forest green/navy with a clear sole that has turntables all over. Both are hot and at the release last night customers received the custom box which has a matching Serato vinyl for each pair. All proceeds from the event went to the DJ AM Memorial Fund. If you would like to buy a pair you can get them this Saturday at some of these stores..
