CORE77 1HR Design challenge!!!

See, this past weekend's event in Boston with the ladies is already paying off! One of the designers from Reebok friend requested me on Facebook and of course I accepted! I went to her page to say hello and saw this article about designing your favorite kicks in ONLY AN HOUR outof PlayDoh!! HAHA! How fun is this? There is actually only 2 days left to enter the competition, but I'm sure some of us can muster up a little creative time! The winners will receive the following: grand prize: a $100 dollar gift certificate to Core77's new Hand Eye Supply Store, being published in Sneaker Freaker's December issue, a lifetime subscription to the magazine, and a copy of Kueng Caputo's book COPY. Valentine's Releases!!!

February is the month of many things! Black History Month, being the shortest month of the year, and of course Valentine's Day! Every year footwear companies are sure to think about us (?) by releasing various styles just for the Day of Love! These 2 styles are sure to be purchased by many men aiming to please their ladies & "convert" them into sneakerheads! LOL..

1st up is the AF1 Valentine..all red patent leather and leather with a shiny red box! AW! LOL..2nd is the AeroFit in both Lilac and Red..I would rather receive these in lilac if I had a say so in receiving on V-Day, but my lover knows my style in sneakers so these will not be on his shopping list!
